Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. The only downside is the manual tension calibration is a little tedious due to having to assemble to test and then disassemble to adjust to the proper setting. This is my first Robot Vacuum and I'm not disappointed. Although I've had to readjust it (its gets stuck) several times, it does a great job overall.
