Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. It’s so pretty I can’t take it. It did come in a giant box and was very well protected and fully assembled. It’s extremely heavy and solid. It is a great size, petite enough to fit in a small space, while large enough drawers to fit a lot. I used mine for my record player setup and it looks gorgeous. It is definitely way too heavy to go up the stairs. All the gorgeous luxury details you could want are there, especially love the soft close drawers, leather hardware, and gorgeous wood grain!. This mattress in a box was very easy to roll out. It took shape quick and is very comfortable. It has a soft but firm feel and makes for an excellent nights sleep. I love how it contours to your body, with a light softness with the added firmness. Stitching is very good and it is a very good quality mattress.
