This is a beautiful gazebo. The instructions are in pictures so if you need words for direction you are out of luck. It took my husband and I a total of 24 hours to put it together and he is a mechanic. The total time was partially because of our unusual placement in which the gazebo extends further than our patio space. Also, we secured the front posts in an unconventional manner by placing them in large pots which were then filled with heavy materials. There are what seems like millions of screws and other pieces. There were quite a few "disagreements" while assembling this item which was entertaining for the neighbors. We both agreed that if anyone ever asks us to help them build a gazebo we will politely decline. All parts were present but we made sure of this prior to starting the build. There were a few times that we could have used the help of another person when building the frame but stepladders helped immensely. I bought a 13x15 gazebo to fit over my 16x20 patio. I have done my research and this one was the best choice for me. Its a good size for the space and I love the look. Now here is a few things I don't like. I had some issues with the metal roof. Some of the holes didn't line up. It's a good thing that I am tall with long arms because otherwise you wouldn't be able to reach both ends of the nut and bolt. They say this can be setup in 2.5 hours with 4 people. I think that's hilarious. I would like to see that. I just needed help standing the legs, the rest I did by myself. It took me less than a week to build. I was working on it a few hours a day after work. I also wish it had more roof support. Since I am very handy, I will be adding my own additional roof support. By adding more support it will add more weight so hopefully it will withstand wind over 60 mph. Just make sure if you are unsure about a part, jump ahead in the manual and see how it comes together. I had to do that with a few steps. Overall we are happy with our purchase. If you are not very handy this can be difficult for you. The Skywalker Trampolines Square Trampoline has loads of room for jumping with its square shape. The square shape provides more jumping surface than that of the traditional 14' or even 15' round trampoline and is loaded with safety features. The trampoline frame construction uses a heavy gauged steel that is galvanized for rust resistance. Specially designed t-sockets are used at each frame and enclosure joint, creating a uni-bodied frame. This extra-strong trampoline also features an enclosure net design that interlocks the enclosure netting directly to the jump mat at each V-ring using a button-hole feature which eliminates gaps with no ropes to thread. All materials are made to be durable with UV resistant materials for longevity.

This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.
