Sturdy and well made, instructions were fairly clear and with a one man assembly expect an all day project, but with 2 people who are fairly handy should be a breeze. It is very nice and more sturdy that I thought it would be. We didn’t bolt it to the deck because we didn’t want to drill into Trex. But we did bolt it to the house which worked good. The instructions are a little confusing in some parts because the pictures are tiny. And after I sliced my finger pretty good on the metal roof, I understood why they give you gloves. Razor sharp. I got 2 of these for my animals. We made it into a chicken coop and a peacock and pigeon coop. It’s a really good size for them. We got a few rolls of hardware cloth and my husband got some 2x4’s, he put a concrete foundation so animals can’t dig in. The animals love it and so do I. Nice Pergola It’s solid but a little lower than I had envisioned. The front has a shallow gutter with ends open. I’m a trying to figure out how to hang a gutter. It’s very hard to drill.
