All the boxes arrived in good condition. The product itself seems to be good quality. The vinyl pieces are heavy quality and the canvas top is really made well and seems heavy duty. This is EXACTLY what I have been needing! We were going back and forth with the idea of a Pergola or a Screen in Cage - I didn't want the "restraints" of having a screened in area (ie large gatherings wouldn't fit etc) and living in Florida I knew it wouldn't be used a few months a year and I wasn't willing to spend over $15k for a "patio". However, the item shipped missing multiple parts,AND It came three days later Than wayfair texted it's delivery. To be fair, however, they did offer reimbursement for the late delivery. One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! It is very nice and more sturdy that I thought it would be. We didn’t bolt it to the deck because we didn’t want to drill into Trex. But we did bolt it to the house which worked good. The instructions are a little confusing in some parts because the pictures are tiny. And after I sliced my finger pretty good on the metal roof, I understood why they give you gloves. Razor sharp.
