I gave four stars because it does come with plastic where it needs to have heavy duty steal parts but you get what you pay for. Also, you need to pay close attention to how you put the hydraulic lift in because it doesn’t tell you in the directions how to install The hydraulic kick. After many attempts and using it with my hand to pump the hydraulic up, which is the only way to push the seat up so it gives you the 360 swivel otherwise it will not turn and you have to pull up on the kick to have the seat go down Nowhere in their directions.
