This couch is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy with how the delivery people handled it with care and brought it into my apartments I couldn’t have done it on my own. It is well constructed with solid parts Set aside a couple of hours to unpack each component and put everything together. It wasn't a difficult build but it was pretty time consuming. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. I’ve had this boneless modular sofa for about three weeks now, and overall it’s been a very comfortable and versatile addition to our space. The cushions are soft and cozy without feeling flimsy, making it great for lounging, watching TV, or even stretching out for a nap. One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. However, we rearranged the setup so the back rests against a wall, and that completely solved the problem for us. Since then, it’s been holding up well and remains comfortable for everyday use..
