This showed up earlier than expected. According to the emails, it looked like it was gonna be delivered in portions. The communication was fantastic. I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. They made sure all of the plugs were hooked together, and pulled out properly so we could plug them up, to use the power recline option. It is slightly firm but very comfortable. Definitely a good purchase.. Harley. North Carolina. Tue Aug 25 2026
