I absolutely love it!!! It took a month to arrive and it ships in 6 pieces not 4 as answered in the question below. It is a 6 piece sectional so 6 separate boxes. This sectional is huge, comfy and perfect for watching movies or binging a show with the family. Also great to curl up with a good book. So spacious. I have 1 issue and one potential. My issue is having to fluff EVERY time someone gets up. The potential issue, I question the longevity because its does flop like a pillow, obviously because of the feathers. Because of that how long will it last or will I have to fill with foam in a year or 2. Great color blue. The seat cushions are comfy but I feel they may be flat over time (as any feather cushion would). The back support is just a tad too short for us and we are short people- could use a couple extra inches of support and they’d be perfect. I do not know even where to start with this item. I am pretty sure I only received three pieces. That being said I only opened one of the boxes to do this review. The fabric is cheap and feels like cheap suede. The couch is super low and feels like it is for a kid. It looks soft and comfortable, but I found it lacking a good plush feel. I really tried to like this item. However, theres very little to like. When they delivered the sectional, we couldnt figure out why it looked awkward. We discovered that one of the parts was missing. We called wayfair about 3 times to get the issue fixed, and I have yet to receive the missing part. Anyhow, the sectional slides apart at every angle. Theres nothing to hold the sectional together. My little one falls in between them all the time. Besides that, its quite small and leaves little room to rest your back. If you are tall, this sofa is not supportive at all. I really think that this sofa is mostly for decoration as its not functional whatsoever. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and the item itself.. J. Gomez.
