Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. So far, I am very happy with the unit.. Walt. MI. Mon Oct 21 2024

Our atomized fireplace has 3D visual simulation of flame effect, touch screen control and remote control two switching modes, automatic water and drainage function, simple and safe operation, 5 flame height and 9 colors can be switched at will, while enjoying comfort, but also add a warm atmosphere to your home.

Works good and looks nice but it would have helped if the remote control worked. There’s no way to dim the lights without the remote so it is very bright when the room is dark. Update… Contacted the manufacturer directly and they fixed the issue. They were very responsive and sent a free replacement remote control and panel. They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!! Ps… Don’t bother with Wayfair’s customer service, they don’t know anything about anything. Deal directly with the manufacturer.. Felix. Orlando, FL. Sat May 02 2026
