Missing 2 pieces of interior roof edge molding for which Wayfair replaced pretty fast. Only thing not on board with is the post are not solid beams but hollow wrapped 4 pieced beams. One you can actually see a split in the construction of one of them Very happy to finally have a fixed roof gazebo. Did ratchet strap it to the tree's as we get very high winds here. Original post: Ships on 4 very heavy boxes. Came on 2 different shipments. By the look of it will be quite spectacular when completed. Snow load was a big factor for me so hoping it is a good estimate that holds true. Still in meltdown and muddy sinking mess in upstate NY. Will update review when snow next and mud dries.. Cheryl. I love this gazebo! Unfortunately my previous Wayfair gazebo collapsed due to the tremendous amount of snow and ice we received early in January. I should have removed the canopy, but have not been removing it in past years. Id simply go out with a long push broom and gently lift up each section to allow the snow to fall off. This storm was different. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, its tough to buy a canopy that includes the ribbing that holds it together and atop the frame. Wayfairs customer service department used the replacement canopy I had purchased then returned and applied it as a credit to my account. I then quickly found an open box gazebo, that in my opinion is of better quality. I was eager to get it up, despite the windy weather here in Quakertown PA, but its up and anchored to my concrete patio acquiring plants, comfy chairs and tables, garden decor, etc. (mostly everything purchased at Wayfair, of course)!. Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024.
