Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. This 25 ft. roll of real wood veneer edge banding can be used to repair or enhance furniture, cabinets, shelves, and DIY crafts. It works great on wood, plywood, particle board, hardboard, and metal. The brown veneer trim is pre-glued with strong hot melt adhesive. Glue is evenly distributed on the trim for a permanent bond on your furniture or shelf edges. Glue is activated by heat. To apply the veneer edge banding, simply iron it onto the surface using a household iron or edge banding machine. If using a household iron, turn the heat setting to cotton/high. The veneer is made of Grade A quality with beautiful long-lasting finish. Also, the edge banding tape can be trimmed if needed or lightly sanded down to fit your furniture edge.
