The cabinet design is wonderful and came together over a few hours with minimal issue, it could be completed quicker with a second person. The only issue is that the cabinet is much darker in person and there are several areas where the paint appears to be dripping and looks unfinished. This looks like the perfect trash bin cabinet and I really was excited to get it! The box arrived in perfect condition. As we pulled out the materials to build it, we could tell they were not very high quality, so we took our time putting it together, trying to be as careful as we could. Unfortunately, one of the wooden pegs, with barely any pressure, broke through the top of the cabinet and made an awful chip that is very noticeable. And the supporting board for the drawer broke in two, I am still not sure how that happened so easily. Unfortunately, this is not worth it. Even completely put together, it sways from side to side unless you prop it next to something sturdier. So disappointed, I wanted to love this. We have had many good purchases through Wayfair, but this is not one of them. I am thankful for the good customer service Wayfair always provides, which makes me more likely to keep shopping here. Great little cabinet, took off a star because it came very damaged and the tilt out trash side doesn’t line up straight and it’s not the sturdiest thing in the world. I did take a partial refund to keep it so it could be because of the damaged pieces. If you’re having the issue where you don’t think your screws are long enough you need to flip the 7 or 8 pieces around. I do like this wooden trash bin that I purchased. It arrived quickly and was packed neatly and in perfect condition. I am only giving it 4 stars due to the description in the "product overview" on the website. It says the bin has a tight closing lid. It does not. The sides do seat nicely, but the front, below the lid has two decorative cut-outs that will allow any would-be odors to escape. It should have registered with me upon ordering. Even though the website description in the product overview says it has a tight closing lid, the photo of it clearly shows the two cut-outs contradicting the description. Wayfair, you need to fix your product overview description, as it isn't accurate. Im keeping it though. It's attractive, the price is right and the assembly was a piece of cake.
