Auto mode: Auto-On at dusk and stay around 30% low light--Becomes 100% brightness when motions detected--Back to low light 2 minutes after no motions detected--Auto-Off at dawn. 2. Override mode(turn your wall switch OFF-ON quickly within 2sec under Auto mode). This is only dusk-to-dawn mode: Auto-On at dusk then stays 100% brightness at night for 8 hours or until the Dusk-to-Dawn sensor detects light at dawn. The fixture goes back to Auto mode after turning the wall switch Off-On in 2sec, or 1min after it detects the light. The sensor has around 220° motion sensing range, detecting motions up to 35 ft. distance. To make sure the fixture works properly, please always keep the wall switch ON.

This wall light exceeded my expectations in both style and quality.
