This is a really well-made shelf. The metal that holds the shelf is really good. I mean it’ll stay on forever and the wood is nice and thick and heavy. You could put books on there. I mean I wouldn’t put more than 10 pounds on the shelf. it’s more decorative, but you could really put a couple of more things on there that you didn’t think you could put on there like a piece of crystal or I can go on and on.
