Product arrived with several chips and damages to different pieces. No instructions were included with the piece and customer support via telephone was incredibly unhelpful with processing getting a new guide. The “assembly guide” online is just a certificate stating what the product is made from, not a real guide. Wayfair should demand better of itself than to ship broken pieces with incomplete inventory. These are the nicest shelves I have ever purchased. They are designed so well that they seem custom built. The instructions to hang them are the best my husband or I had ever seen and the shelf just slides on to the bracket you affix to the wall.
