Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Important Review! Overall the drawer fridge is fine. Does and appears as described however unpon installation with the feet, the height is .5” taller than description. For under counter applications, this is critical. This needs to be corrected by the description or manufacturer. As you could see, it came in to play for my bar set up. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws..
