Have had for about a month and love it so much! The turbo was is quick and cleans really well. Sheets do take longer to dry if using the bulky setting but doesn't if you use the regular setting. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. Only been a few weeks since we bought this dryer but so far so good. Love the lint trap, so much easier to clean then our last one. I absolutely love this wash tower. Read TONS of different reviews before purchasing. Looked at different brands and styles. Finally settled on this one. The install was very easy and fast. It has a large capacity. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold as much as my prior front loaders, LG mega capacity. I was happily mistaken. And the footprint is smaller! This set holds everything I washed before and it’s more efficient. Washes & dries quickly, without damaging on the AI cycles. I love all the preset options and the auto soap and softener dispensers. If you plan to purchase gas, the side vent will NOT work. The gas line runs through. I really like the flat stainless finish. Timeless and modern. Really happy with this purchase!. Gracer718. I vented the unit because several previously had stated venting helped dry faster. After speaking with manufacturer support I was able to have a better experience with this unit.
