The garage is nice bang for buck and seems sturdy. The only ding in the rating is that a bunch of tiny holes popped up all over the "ceiling" of the cover over a the course of a few months- I don't know what's causing them, but if they continue the cover will be useless in a year or two. Surprisingly sturdy- it was easy and straightforward to assemble it, I didn’t use their tools but my own to make a quicker set up. The only tricky part was trying to assemble it on top of the gate which is a little bit hard to line up and secure but once it was on - I think it will hold, this could be a great cover for chickens too but I’m using it for the horses and hope they will use it. It arrived in a box that wasn't too heavy. It was neatly folded and included the tie-down hooks. The material is a type of plastic fabric—it looks like sturdy cloth on the outside and plastic on the inside. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials. I needed some shade for the car with the heat this year. I have purchased shade sails from WAYFAIR in past years. The awning arrived intact and we are in the process of completing this project: painting posts with tops and using dacron line with clips we can remove it for tropical storms/hurricanes. The gazebo roof framing is made with extruded aluminum and electrostatic finish actually sends an electric charge through the paint and the frame to help cause a chemical (ionic) bond, much stronger that simple powder coating commonly found in imported versions. The custom made steel brackets, carriage bolts, and hardware all have the same industrial powder coating finish. Our canopy 2 piece covers are designed to allow for ventilation under the gazebo and to help ensure updrafts from damaging the gazebo canopy. We proudly use Outdura branded Acrylic Marine fabrics proudly made in the USA. Our factory precision laser cuts each of the canopy tops for the best fit.
