The physical manual that came with the box showed a slightly different illustration of the back of the mount on the last two pages versus the manual assembly online, which made mounting the TV a bit confusing.. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. Had it in hand 3 days after I ordered. Well mostly in hand … had to retrieve it from my neighbor as Fed-X failed to get it to my door. Overall pleased with the quality of the furniture.. David. I have a GIANT headboard and with my mattress and boxspring the outlet behind my bed is really hard to get to. I bought this to try it out to figure out a convenient solution and it’s made it so much easier. I don’t have to have to struggle fitting my whole hand back there to adjust plugs, I just push a button on the interface and it cuts everything back on.
