They are great for storing items that either don’t need a large tote or where a large tote will not fit. I am currently using one for storing my 16.9 ounce water bottles. It works well for this and will hold 20-24 bottles. The lids fit securely and even when loaded heavy the storage bins feel strong and well made. I love that they are stackable because I am always needing to reduce storage floor space. They seem to stack well but I still try to put heavier items on bottom and lighter on top.
