This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. Exactly as shown on the website. Heavy. Substantial. Goes really well with some chairs from Wayfair that we love too. PAY ATTENTION TO THR CARE WARNINGS! This table shows grease very easily and it’s hard to clean. A mixture of vinegar and water helps but we’ve had stubborn stains created in our first two weeks of use. Use placemats! Clean after every use!. Andrea. Seattle, WA. Sun May 03 2026

This is a well put together table that serves our purpose, the package was heavy however I opened it where I wanted to assemble the table so didn’t struggle much. The good part was that it included a thin foam sheet which can be used as a blanket to help assemble the pieces. Kudos to the packaging team. I was worried that being such a long table it might end up being wobbly. That’s not the case.. Kartik. Newtown. Wed Jun 10 2026
