I love the sink, but the packaging is SO bad that the first TWO sinks that were delivered were too dented up to use. By the time the delivery man came with the third sink - after delivering AND picking up two others - he was laughing and calling us by our first names. After the second return, I talked to someone who suggested requesting extra special packaging, and this worked. The edges of the third box were reinforced when we got it, and the third sink had only a small bend on the lip, which was under the counter anyway. First of all, the order was significantly delayed so it wasnt here in the delivery window so I had to have the contractor come back out the following week. Secondly, they said they delivered to a safe and dry location but they left it in the yard and it had a pool of water on it because it was raining. And the crate was slightly broken. That said, all the parts were there and the glass is nice! It has great seels on the outside and between he stationary glass and the door. I cant guarantee how it will hold up but it heavy and pretty and tall. So far, Im in love. Delivery and shipment were not the greatest though but so glad it stayed in one piece inspite if it.. Kelly. The packaging is excellent, all boxes within are labeled, and the included instructions (both written and video) are great. We chose this door because we only had one wall with an appropriately placed stud. The mounts are more than sufficient to support the glass on one side. Support by Glass Warehouse is also great. They picked up the phone at 7:30 eastern and filled me in on an additional mount they include in each kit for those who would additional support to the one-sided mount. This is a good solid shower base. It was generally square and straight although the front edge was a bit bowed out. It doesn’t come with a drain so keep that in mind.
