We are very happy with our Backyard Discovery Beaumont 14x12 pergola! The only negative would be the time it took to arrive, which was about six weeks. Love this arbor! The instructions were very user‑friendly, and overall the assembly was straightforward. It definitely requires two people to put together, but once you get going it comes together nicely. I did have to redrill the holes where the rail attaches to the side lattice, but aside from that the process was simple. I purchased this to extend our usable space on our patio. It took 2 people about 5 hours in the Texas heat to put this together. We did have some experience with this type of assembly so that helped streamline things. It definitely needs to be anchored, but once it is the awning is quite stable. Even though I love the overall product, I'd prefer to have received a piece that didn't have any flaws like cracks running through it and a few pieces didn't exactly have the grooves length matching the joint..
