Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. We bought this awhile ago and just put it up. It took 3 adults about 5 hours so which was just about what we expected. It looks fabulous on our deck. The following afternoon we had a strong storm pass through and it never budged. It is solid. Doesn't leak and keeps the interior dry. We've used both the curtains and the screens. Both work very well. The only thing I would suggest....We added extra screws to attach the corner posts to the floor support and extra screws through the floor supports to the deck. There are some really cool features with this gazebo that I must've missed when originally looking at the description but number one for me is that the roof panels actually let in some light. Somewhat translucent-ish. They are not totally sun blocking which in the Pacific Northwest is HUGE. Assembly was easy enough. I put it together in an afternoon with a little bit of help.
