I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. It is absolutely beautiful and HUGE! I ordered the king for a queen bed because my last queen spread looked short. The bed is very high and I wanted it to drop down further on the sides. The colors are beautiful. It’s doing the 24 hour air thing right now and I can’t wait to put it on the bed later today. UPDATE 5/6/25: It’s exactly what I wanted! Almost perfect. After some adjustments, it turned out pretty good. 1. The torso base mount wobbled no matter how hard the plastic clamp was tightened. 2.
