Fast Delivery on this top quality umbrella. I like these crank-tilt umbrellas. The last one we had, that was replaced by this one, worked for over 15 years. The only reason we replaced it is that the cord which is used eventually fails and they are impossible to replace without completely disassembling the center pole with no way to put it back together unless you have the press pins and a tool to replace them. So, in 15 years I will have to replace this one again I suppose. The Sunbrella fabric was in great condition on the old one, only because we covered the umbrella with a high-quality umbrella cover.... the cover is the key to the longevity. If you invest this much in an umbrella then you should definitely cover it!. Andrew. Poway, CA. Tue Jul 29 2025

With inbound summer weather promising a blazing sun and merciless heat on many cloudless days, one reaction might be to cancel all outdoor plans and stay indoors; however, the party can always go on with this exciting California Umbrella cantilever design! The spacious 11-foot octagonal offset canopy is supported by eight aluminum ribs that are conveniently cranked open to provide a wide shaded space. As the sun moves higher in the sky, you can maintain your shade coverage by shifting the angle of the canopy to one of five preset positions using the vertical handle. This cantilever umbrella features a pedal at the base of its aluminum frame that enables you to rotate the umbrella 360 degrees, ensuring more coverage for your outdoor space. A sturdy cross base for the umbrella can either be bolted to the ground or weighted with pavers for stability from wind and weather. When the heat of summer has passed and shade is no longer needed, the canopy can be tied closed and the included protective cover pulled tight over it to defend it from fading and the elements. This umbrella also features Sunbrella fabrics, which are built on a foundation of solution-dyed acrylic yarn, the most resilient and solid material for prolonged sun exposure, to offer an even longer color retention rating than competing material sources. With this umbrella featured prominently in your backyard space, you will not need to worry about canceled summer get-togethers and parties, so order one today and invite some guests to enjoy summer’s outdoor beauty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so pleased with the high quality construction of my California Umbrella Golden State 9” patio umbrella. It’s absolutely stunning in with the black canopy and stone black pole and I can wait for Spring to set this up on my backyard patio that we have just re-landscaped and extended the landing beyond the covered patio where my new outdoor dining table and new patio umbrella will be placed. I picked black, because it matches the trim and paint of our covered patio and I’m so excited! I tested out this umbrella and it’s easy to open / close and the tilt feature works great, and it will be nice to be able to adjust the position as needed in the direct afternoon sun this area gets. I can do it myself without needing a second person to help me, which is great! Very happy with this beauty and highly recommend!. Msdeucie. Sacramento, California. Sat Jan 14 2023

The umbrella is pretty and looks durable. The sunbrella fabric doesn’t seem as thick as the other sunbrela fabrics I’ve purchased. Sometimes I wonder if it’s the color. I got grey. The 12 x 12 covers most of our patio, but rain still gets in. Well worth the purchase.. Mary Beth. US. Tue Sep 22 2026

Update 9/1/2022. Got contacted by the manufacturer and got a replacement frame, so I am all set now. Changing the rating from 1 to 4 stars. Would give 5 if it did not brake. Nice umbrella, but it broke after 2 months of occasional use (see pictures). Covered by 1 yr manufacturer's warranty, but their customer support is unreachable - sent two emails and left a phone message, no response. Do not buy!!!. Philip. Newton, MA. Thu Sep 01 2022

Huge, and very stable for being so large. Several options to rotate. Only thing is, everything you do with the umbrella is done by one crank. With the umbrella being so big, its very heavy and that cranking motion does a job on your shoulders and arms. But its beautiful, sturdy and easy to operate. The light inside easy to operate also. I had it professionally assembled. Make sure you have a very heavy duty base for it too. It is water resistant and has been good through a couple of pretty strong windstorm weve had....just make sure to close it at the 1st sign of a wind or thunder storm. So far, I highly recommend.. Annette. Rochester, NY. Thu Jul 02 2026

Very happy with this product. Umbrella looks great and feels of high quality. Easy assembly and set up. Since it does not come with the weighted base, one thing to be mindful of is the compatibility of the one you purchase.. Anonymous. Sun Jun 14 2026
