Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close! My first worry was will it arrive in one piece. The packaging of the sink was thick foam, fully cushioning it, protecting from bumps and knocks which occur in the normal delivery process. Fits perfectly in the space, no problems occurred in the install. Purchased an older home, gutted the kitchen, thought I’d save some money on an apron front, double sink. The double sink was lighter in weight constructed of thinner material. Had it for 2 years when it was damaged when a 3 qt cast iron Dutch oven pot bumped the bottom of the sink creating a hole. My handiman, said it should have chipped but not have caused a hole in it. The cost of the old one was roughly 250, you get what you pay for. The new sink has been cast from a heavier thicker material. First impression is ‘that sink is HUGE!’ It is 37” across, hard to find a drop in of this size.
