This things is huge! It came in 3 boxes as mentioned. It did require two people to help put it together but it is lovely and comfortable! I would NOT suggest using their assembly service as it is through Angi and they cancelled on me 2x and explained that there is no specific person assigned to the job, its just if someone chooses to do it in my area. The did refund the full fee though. 2 parts are hidden in part 11 that I thought were missing. One of the inner parts was damaged and the manufacturer processed a speedy discount. Pros very nice upholstery, great neutral color and texture, absolutely love the wood base to every piece, the pieces stay in place and don’t slide on our carpet, it’s high quality and heavy, the storage ottomans are super nice with really strong hardware, and I love the versatility of moving sections around. Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago. And it seems if each cushion was a couple inches wider, it would be a tighter and better-looking fit. Overall happy with it though! Looks and functions great in our family room.. Amelia.
