One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. The couch was shipped in 4 pieces. The entire back is the same height as the arms. Its very firm so it is will last quite a while, but can stiffen the body if you are not used to firm. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. The size is great, the modular design looks amazing in my living room, and the fabricmaterial feels good quality overall. However, after leaving the sofa untouched for over 24 hours to fully expand and settle, I honestly expected it to be much softer and more “cloud-like.” The cushions are a lot firmer than I anticipated based on the product description and photos. The couch is ok for the price. It was easy to set up. The beige is a nice beige. I was worried it would be too light. The fabric feels cheap. The cousins do zip off to clean. The back cushions are very flat. I tried to leave the back cushions out for a day to expand. That didn’t help much. If this is your budget for a couch it’s ok. I would not buy it again.. Tiffany.
