Another thing to note is there are stickers to cover the screws etc. not my favorite but at this price point it’s not bad, and at least you don’t look at the screws like some other affordable pieces. Well to be perfectly honest, the delivery team was fantastic! They arrived as they indicated, they were, friendly, courteous, and ever so efficient. The bookcase arrived early enough to have placed all necessary items on the shelves long before the noon hour. However, once the packaging was removed, the bookcase put in its proper place the matter of how to remove the wood wedges (placed on the left and right sides) holding the shelves in place became the major obstacle of frustration. It's like getting in your car to take a drive, you open the door, take a seat, put the key in the ignition, turn the key or push the button and nothing happens, looking at the gas gauge, you realize you have no gas. Went online to your website, located the item page, found there were instructions on how to remove the wedges. It’s like being stranded in the desert with no water and no camel. Came beautifully packaged! No dings. The color is slightly more orangey than I wanted but I’m okay with that. I love that there is no assembly, and the wood is fairly good quality for the price. Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! A least make them easier to remove. Took me 25 minutes with goo be gone to scrape it off. I left the bottom one on that can’t be seen bc I don’t feel like scraping another one off!. Lisa. US. The bookcase itself is very nice, but some holes didn't line up when putting it together. Also the top portion and the bottom portion do not line up flush across the front. They are offset from each other. I did not see anything explaining that the pegs that hold the shelves are made of plastic.
