It's a very cute tree and fairly easy to put together but it ended up being wobbly no matter how much I tightened the screws. The flower is more of a step than an area for any adult cat to sleep on. The basket though is fine. Neither of my cats would sleep in the soft hanging basket on the side as the whole tree would likely tip. This tree is really best suited for kittens and very small cats. My 12 and 14 lb cats would not play on this. But I am adopting an 8 lb cat that is fully grown and she will probably like it. Beautiful cat tree, and my cat has grown to love it! He’s 7yo and about 14 pounds. I had two concerns while purchasing 1) how hard would it be to put together and 2) how sturdy would it be. It was relatively easy to put together with well marked parts and photo instructions. It has a very wide square base so I’m not longer worried about it tipping however, when my cat gets to the very top basket and is moving around it appears to shake quite a bit - enough to make me a little nervous. All the parts are sturdy and after 2 months of having it, I can confirm that it hasn’t tipped at all. I love this cat tree.
