Have had this for about a month now and has been used heavily with 2-3 bags of trash a day with my large family. The quality is fantastic and I’ve got zero complaints after a month of use. It’s very much a true fingerprint less style and the few times it’s looked like a blemish or print it’s quickly and easily wiped out looking brand new again. If you’re doing something that has you wanting an open top instead of a pedal it’s super easy to flip the top up into the lock/hold position to keep it open as well as when you change bags and just as easy to flip it back down. It’s sturdy, and so nice looking most everyone hasn’t recognized it to be a garbage can! Looks pretty good and was very easy to set up. Doesn’t come with batteries, that was a bit annoying. Reasons for not giving a 5 it’s not as smart as other trash cans I’ve used where if you open it and it senses that you’re still emptying something, it will stay open. This one just closes after the number of seconds, on top of your hands. You can keep it open but you have to push the Open thing and then it doesn’t close automatically, you have to push Close to close it. It’s weird to say this, but we love this garbage can! It has also been fascinating for our guests. People get excited to throw things away. Really like the way these look in the home. The slow silent close works very well. Only reason 4 not 5, the larger one I received doesn't close perfectly Flush on its own.
