We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. So far so good! At first I thought it was dirty but after some time it had more grey in it. Still, it is not exactly as pictured which is why I took one star off. It's nice to walk on and soft and I like the design but it requires some extra cushion underneath as it is not super thick.
