I am 100% disappointed with this purchase. The picture looked great, but the actual product is very cheap and poorly made. I understood that it needed to be assembled, but I thought that meant attaching the brackets and hanging rods to the shelf. The rods are in two pieces and are attached by a spring and push button. I have had items that needed to be assembled in the past, but the items such as the support rods were solid and attached or connected by a screw, not a spring and push button. Exactly as shown. Awesome for my kitchen. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s a little difficult to mount on the wall. The anchors that come with it aren’t sturdy enough but once we replaced them with better ones it hung just fine. We store all of our pots and pans plus the lids and it hasn’t budged! Love it!. Grant.
