So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. These bookshelves look amazing in my craftroom. We purchased 3 of them, each one took my husband approximately 3 hours to put together. He then used his own hardware to secure them together to make it look like one large unit. The doors all open well, the shelving seems sturdy enough for my supplies. I only purchased these because of the huge discount, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for “built in craftsmanship,” this option is not for you. We knew we would be downsizing in a few years and did not want to invest a huge amount of money for built ins. Having said that, these units are the showcase of my craftroom!
