A couple of the reviewers had installation issues with this product so I was reluctant to order it, but I went ahead with it because it was the perfect size for our space. The bench is overall a higher quality than I expected, and we had no installation issues at all. All of the parts were there and everything fit just fine. You do need a socket wrench or some other kind of wrench to tighten everything up properly but with that, it came to together perfectly.
