The wall hole provides unlimited possibilities for placement. You can place it on the table or hang it on the wall at will. Works well, if you are able to set up. The clock face is made of pieces of paper which are inserted into tiny slots on the clock. After delivery a lot of the pieces were misaligned or off completely.
