Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. The diverter replacement was great. Originally ordered it for the shower remodel and it came in but the diverter was damaged a d reordered a new set only to find several pieces were missing in the box. Ordered the diverter by itself and received it quick then the 3rd set we ordered finally arrived arrived about 4 weeks late. We ordered from Delta directly, ordered one from the showroom and ordered one online just to get the shower done and see which venue would get it to us first.
