Looks Beautiful but Much Firmer Than Expected. I bought this sofa because I loved the modern cloud couch look in the pictures, and visually it really does look just like the website photos. The size is great, the modular design looks amazing in my living room, and the fabricmaterial feels good quality overall. However, after leaving the sofa untouched for over 24 hours to fully expand and settle, I honestly expected it to be much softer and more “cloud-like.” The cushions are a lot firmer than I anticipated based on the product description and photos. I’m so disheartened about this purchase. It’s been a complete debacle from the beginning. We ordered this couch in December and I had to inquire on its whereabouts in January. I was informed it was lost in transit and they sent a new one. A couch was delivered and was heavily stained and missing the bottom of the chaise. I called Wayfair and was informed that the delivered couch was the first lost in transit couch and the replacement was coming yet. At this point I was irritated but still holding out that the replacement would be ok. Second couch arrived and to my dismay, was torn and had rips in the fabric and one corner was completely deformed and mangled. I am nauseated thinking I spent 3,000 on this.
