I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. We love our new couch. We wanted something bigger then the couch we already owned and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. We have two dogs and a cat and we all fit on it with space for more. The two ottomans that come with it have some nice storage for dog toys and some blankets. You do have to fluff up the cushions and the back pillows every one in a while but nothing too serious. The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. It’s such a beautiful and comfortable couch! Putting it together was quick and easy, and the installation didn’t take long at all. I did wash the covers right away because they had a slight plastic smell, but they were easy to remove and put back on. Like anyone else, I was definitely hesitant about buying a couch from anyone online…but I really can’t complain at all - this couch is GREAT. It showed up in 4 huge boxes - 1 on Friday, and the other 3 on Saturday. Pretty simple and straightforward directions. I took just me (28 yo man) about 11.5 hr to put it all together. So far so good I feel that the material looks and feels expensive! There was no mention that the Ottoman had storage, but it does so I was so pleasantly surprised. Yes the couch is firm, but not in a way that I feel is uncomfortable or hard. I am hoping that it will get more soft as time goes on which naturally should happen with these types of cushions. For now maybe everyday I will take some time to step on the cushions to help try to fluff them and soften the stuffing ) but I am extremely satisfied this couch looks and feels expensive.. Autumn.
