It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025

I've been very impressed with this cookware set so far! The first thing I noticed was how lightweight the pieces are compared to many cookware sets I've used in the past. They're easy to handle, even when full. The heating performance has been excellent. I recently made a pot of rice in the stock pot, and it cooked evenly with no scorching or hot spots. Everything I've cooked so far has heated consistently across the cooking surface. The nonstick ceramic coating works great, and cleanup is incredibly easy. After cooking, most residue wipes right off with minimal effort. I also like the attractive design and comfortable wood-like handles. The set is beautiful!
