The diverter replacement was great. Originally ordered it for the shower remodel and it came in but the diverter was damaged a d reordered a new set only to find several pieces were missing in the box. Ordered the diverter by itself and received it quick then the 3rd set we ordered finally arrived arrived about 4 weeks late. We ordered from Delta directly, ordered one from the showroom and ordered one online just to get the shower done and see which venue would get it to us first. We bought the Crown 310 over a year ago. It is the natural gas connected version from Broil King. Both my wife and I are retired and so most of my grilling is for just the 2 of us and the size of the bbq is about right. I grill probably 2 or 3 times a month all year depending upon occasions and dinner preferences. For personal use it is great. I have made some adjustments to the 310. I have filled in the hole/well in the bottom of the cabinet (propane tank) and have added a bar under the shelf for hanging bbq tools.
