We bought this with not the highest of hopes, but man were we VERY pleasantly surprised! It took my husband and I about an hour to put together but once you get it up and going it works great! This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet.
