Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. The one issue I had was that there were no pre-drilled holes to attach the legs so it wasn't as easy as I'd expect to get them on for a product of at this price.. Mikhail. Framingham, MA. This sectional sofa set is huge! The material is nice and durable. It is not velvety soft but still very nice. The two ottomans are heavy. I really like the color. Installation was easy but the instructions need to be improved. Parts were hidden in so we thought they were missing. My one complaint is that they didn’t expand and form up like on the picture..
