The top 2 drawers do not have the side mount drawer slides instead they glide on metal side rails and they are slightly smaller than the space, you can move them left and right but they don’t come off the metal rail. This may be obvious based on the material, but not great if you have cats or pets that can be in close contact, pet fur sticks to them and it’s hard to remove.
