It feels sturdy and well made, yet the assembly process was straightforward and hassle free. The dimensions are exactly as described, which made it easy to plan for in my space. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fabric. It’s soft without feeling flimsy or stiff, and it seems to be great quality overall. One of the biggest wins for me is how easy it is to clean. With two kids and two dogs, that’s a must! As for the downside, I did notice some slight variations in the fabric color between the cushions. Absolutely perfect. I still have to figure out final placement bc I intend to do a gallery wall in the room, but we’ve been enjoying the sectional for a couple weeks now. It sits and sleeps well with ample room, and is the quality of a $4000+ piece of furniture for less than half the price. In agreement with other reviews: firm cushions that fit tightly. I’ve had other sectionals that look shabby from the first use so this one fits my criteria: comfortably supportive, holds its shape, velvet (a must), and matches my inspiration piece: my extravagant wool rug I purchased from wayfair a few years back. Food spills wipe off easily with a cleaning wipe. So tired of sectional selections being like cars: white, black, gray. Bleh. The couch was shipped in 4 pieces. The entire back is the same height as the arms. Its very firm so it is will last quite a while, but can stiffen the body if you are not used to firm. Looks Beautiful but Much Firmer Than Expected. I bought this sofa because I loved the modern cloud couch look in the pictures, and visually it really does look just like the website photos. The size is great, the modular design looks amazing in my living room, and the fabricmaterial feels good quality overall. However, after leaving the sofa untouched for over 24 hours to fully expand and settle, I honestly expected it to be much softer and more “cloud-like.” The cushions are a lot firmer than I anticipated based on the product description and photos. One thing I wish someone had told me the delivery team won’t proactively show you how to connect and disconnect the pieces. Ask before they leave. Trust me. Once you know how, rearranging is simple — but you don’t want to figure it out on your own after they’re gone. Fair warning — I measured ahead of time, but once all six pieces were lined up, it consumed more of my space than I anticipated. I ended up moving one piece to another spot and honestly it works out great. The seating still looks intentional and doesn’t overwhelm the room. The modularity actually saves you here. The cushions have a nice feel, the fabric is soft, and the low arms give it that relaxed, lounge-y vibe. I’ve never had a sectional like this and I’m glad I made the investment.
