It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall.
