Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. This table is very sturdy and heavy! It works great in our short term rental dining room. The finish had imperfections upon arrival and a new table top was sent to us, but it also had some imperfections in the veneer surface. It now has a "well loved" look and a bit of a patina so it actually works well for us. The first image shows the size with one additional insert, it comes with one other insert, so it can extend to quite a length. The other two images show the type of imperfections that are across most of the surface. The white bits and the cup ring are shown after a good cleaning with a damp cloth and they are not removable. it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it. I wish I would’ve taken the only review seriously (rated one star). This dining set looks beautiful in picture however, is very low cheap quality. We’ve had this table for about 4 weeks and it has well over 20-30 scratches. The paint started peeling off from the chairs in some sections (for no reason). This is all from normal use, there are no small children, there are placemats, and we take very good care of our furniture. I’ve purchased furniture from Wayfair previously and have not encountered this issue before but will say I’m disappointed with the lack of resolution. Initially I was offered a refund of $400, when we payed almost 3k. We didn’t want to accept a replacement without complimentary assembly since we had already paid that previously and the wayfair team noted this was not possible. Next, I asked if we could at minimum have the chairs (4) replaced if we accepted the refund offered and they didn’t agree with that either. Do not spend your money on this table/brand. It is gorgeous but it is very very bad quality. It has been a stressful purchase overall. If you take the risk, I recommend purchasing the protection for it (you’ll need it).. Yessica. Seattle, WA.
