I was hesitant when I unboxed this at first thinking it would not last a good size storm. I did anchor to post with the cement screws provided, but cemented the other two inside of outdoor gardening pots. The roof panels seemed like they were simply cardboard covered in plexi glass coating, therefore my hopes were not high for the durability. This gazebo perfectly complements my garden entertainment area. I managed to assemble it myself in just two days, thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. Although some pages took a bit longer to decipher, the overall process was straightforward. The finish is incredibly durable, and nothing seemed to get scratched during shipping or while assembling it. The bronze brown color adds a beautiful touch to my garden. There are hooks on the top center for hanging a fan or lighting. I feel it’s very sturdy and will withstand the wind where I live. My only complaint is that it appears shorter than expected. This is beautiful. Just be forewarned, it's a royal pain to build it by yourself (minus the times you need at least 2-3 others to lift parts while building it). Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. Love our gazebo. It comes in 4 boxes we received 3 had to reach out to Wayfair to send replacement for box 4. Took about 2 weeks to receive. Gazebo was assembled in 2 days I had someone come do it because it was no way I was doing that myself. The instructions have no words just pics and we found a video online. We bought 2. This picture is before we added the screen and curtain. We love them. My husband did put this together by himself, but don't recommend it. We placed them on square pavers and anchored them in concrete. I was nervous at first, because the photos show the posts and headers as multiple pieces. However, we have had it standing in our deck for a few months now, and it holds up very well to rain and strong winds. It sagged in the middle at first, but when screwed in place to the deck, the header straightens right up. The brackets are heavy duty metal, fastened through pre-drilled holes in the treated wood. I love this gazebo! It was not easy to put together, it took 4 of us about 7 hours. But I absolutely love it! It's well made and feels like it's going to last a long time. The 4 posts are not solid wood, they feel hollow and if you look close you can see the seams in the wood where they put it together. But I still love it. It shipped in 4 boxes, and you'll definitely need 2 people to move the boxes around. The hooks are nice, I have 2 battery operated pendant lights hanging from them and it looks great!
